The controller responsible for data processing on this website within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is:
kasPart consulting Ltd. / kasPart Group

Authorized representative: Petr Šerović
E-mail: info@kaspart.com

2. Overview

This website is purely informational. We do not set cookies for visitors, do not use analytics, tracking or marketing services or social media plugins, and do not embed content from third parties such as maps or videos. Fonts are loaded from our own server, so no data is transferred to third parties such as Google when you visit.

Personal data is only processed to the extent necessary to provide the website and to answer your enquiries.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by: IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider.

When you access the website, the server automatically records information transmitted by your browser (server log files): IP address, date and time of access, page or file requested, referrer URL, browser and operating system used, amount of data transferred and HTTP status code.

The purpose is to deliver the website and to ensure its stability and security, in particular to prevent and investigate attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in the secure and error-free operation of the website.

Log files are deleted as soon as they are no longer required for these purposes, at the latest after 30 days. Data whose further retention is required for evidentiary purposes is exempt from deletion until the incident in question has been finally resolved.

4. SSL/TLS encryption

For security reasons, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by “https://” in your browser’s address bar.

5. Contact by e-mail

If you contact us by e-mail, we process your details (in particular name, e-mail address and the content of your message) in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in answering your enquiry.

We delete the data once it is no longer required and no statutory retention obligations apply (e.g. up to six or ten years for business correspondence under German commercial and tax law).

6. Link to LinkedIn

Our website contains a simple link to our company profile on LinkedIn. It is not a plugin: no data is transferred to LinkedIn when you visit our website. Only when you click the link are you taken to LinkedIn, where the privacy policy of LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company applies.

7. Cookies

This website does not set any cookies for visitors. Technically necessary cookies are only set when administrators log in to the protected admin area (Section 25(2) No. 2 TDDDG). A cookie banner is therefore not required.

8. Recipients and transfers to third countries

Apart from us, the only recipient of your data is the hosting provider named above, acting as a processor. Data is not transferred to countries outside the European Union or the European Economic Area.

9. Your rights

Subject to the statutory requirements, you have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) and data portability (Art. 20 GDPR). You may withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR).

Right to object: Where we process data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR).

To exercise your rights, simply send an e-mail to info@kaspart.com.

10. Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for us is: Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen, Kavalleriestraße 2–4, 40213 Düsseldorf, Germany, www.ldi.nrw.de.

11. Further information

No automated decision-making, including profiling, takes place. You are not legally or contractually obliged to provide personal data; however, we cannot answer an enquiry without your e-mail address.

We will update this privacy policy if the website or the legal situation changes. The version published here applies.
